Riviera Fluidics, a leading computational fluid dynamics (CFD) company based on cloud computing, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy, expanding our client base, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries, including automotive, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Riviera Fluidics' services and establish a strong presence in the CFD community.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project execution.

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the CFD or engineering software industry.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and cloud computing is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

As a Senior CFD Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality CFD simulations and driving innovation in fluid dynamics analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CFD simulations using state-of-the-art software and cloud-based resources to analyze fluid flow behavior in various industries.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop customized simulation strategies to meet their needs.

  • Perform meshing, boundary conditions setup, solver configuration, and post-processing of simulation results.

  • Validate and verify CFD simulations through comparison with experimental data and industry standards.

  • Optimize product designs and processes by utilizing CFD insights to improve performance, efficiency, and safety.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including software developers and business development managers, to drive innovation and deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CFD methodologies, tools, and techniques and contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in using CFD software packages such as OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of fluid dynamics principles, turbulence modeling, heat transfer, and multiphase flows.

  • Experience in mesh generation, boundary condition setup, solver configuration, and post-processing of CFD simulations.

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or MATLAB for pre-processing and post-processing tasks.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
